Corporal Kerry had a burning question to ask Captain Miller, but Miller was aura-farming so hard that Kerry forgot what the question was and decided he needed to get a photo in this hilarious artwork by Ivory State.

As a platform, Arma 3 can be much more than a military sandbox. You can even use it as a hiking simulator with your friends and take a nice relaxing journey through the wilderness of any official or community terrain. Thank you to mtn gopnik for reminding us all to slow down, and also to inspire us to get outside in the real world and go for a walk!

The Antistasi Mod Team has released a new Faction Template Pack that adds Antistasi compatibility for a number of community faction mods, including Operation Trebuchet (OPTRE), Arma Factions Reimagined, E22, and more. You can check out this mod on the Arma 3 Steam Workshop here.

Back in May, Valve released a new Steam Workshop Browsing UI update, and included some "Workshop Trivia" in their announcement. Community Base Addons for Arma 3 was featured as being the single most relied upon "dependency" for other mods across the entire Steam Workshop! Where would the modding community be without this foundational work?

United Kingdom Armed Forces - Equipment Mod released a patch in July that brought two new backpacks, hiddenSelections for helmet patch customization, and tweaks to some magazine and pouch meshes. You can try out the update yourself by downloading the mod from the Steam Workshop.

Chisel's scenario LZ Trainer is a repeatable helicopter insertion trainer around Kavala. Fly the approach, land under pressure, and watch every run back in full multi-camera replay to see exactly what happened. Study your landing from any angle — whether you came in too steep, flared too late, drifted off the marker, bled too much speed, took damage, lost passengers, or exposed yourself to enemy fire. COM-OPS

Arma Domini - 1400AD is one of the most unique and ambitious total-conversion mods for Arma 3 yet! We got together with the mod developers and participated in a Knight's Tournament to celebrate the release. You can watch the VOD from our point of view here.

Arma Tactical Combat is preparing to launch their 22nd team vs team campaign October 18th! This time around, the setting will be 2035 Altis with NATO and CSAT as the primary factions. If you wish to participate in this combined arms event, you can learn more by visiting the ATC Discord server here.

Tactical Training Team celebrated another year of operations with an annual in-person meetup this September! This just goes to show that the camaraderie and friendships forged in Arma translate to the real-world, and are for life! We hope to see more posts like this from TTT and other communities for years to come!

Arma 3 turned 13-years-old this month! Thank you to all developers, modders, and community members, both past and present, that have made Arma 3 the preeminent military sandbox on the market! Also, thank you to everyone who marked the anniversary with well-wishes and posts across social media!

Arma: Cold War Assault turned 25-years-old this June, and as part of the celebrations, we interviewed key members of the Cold War Rearmed Mod Team and discussed Cold War Rearmed III - the latest and most definitive edition of their mod - as well as the past, present, and future of the Arma series. Community Manager LeClair also produced this video as a tribute to both the original game that started it all and the CWR III. The synth-wave cover of "This is War" was produced by community member c7ph3r, and can be found here on YouTube!

Arma 3 Update 2.22 introduced a new Direct Action Penetrator (DAP) variant of the MH-80 Ghost Hawk. Who else would be better to create an overview video of it than the incomparable Viper1Zero? You can check out the video here.

COM-STREAM

As a bookmark to our #OFP25 celebrations, Community Manager LeClair designed a loose multiplayer recreation of the "Hold Malden" scenario from the original Cold War Crisis campaign. Special guests from the community banded together to hold La Rivière during the Soviet invasion of Malden. You can watch the action from the perspective of Zeus with our VOD of the event.
