First off, we have this excellent tribute screenshot to ARMA: Cold War Assault by Floppy. A group of Soviet soldiers, wearing distinctive KLMK camo, move through cover while under fire from NATO forces during the Malden Islands Crisis of 1985.
"Les artistes" of R3F have produced yet another beautiful piece of artwork with this image. Here were have a squad from R3F holding position to take a breather during a patrol deep in a snow covered forest.
Finally, we have this image by JohnPAB97 of an American soldier posing for the camera within a local vineyard while stationed on Malden. This image depicts the island during peacetime in the 1990s, well after the Malden Islands Crisis of 1985.
Sanchez_milsim has released their take on the Al Basrah map from Project Reality: BF2 and Squad to Arma 3 via the Steam Workshop. Be sure to check it out this highly detailed map, which features a city sewer system, here.
After nearly eight years of development, and an April Fools post saying the project was cancelled, Project RACS has been released on the Steam Workshop! You can check out the launch trailer by Viper1Zero here on YouTube.
For the 10th Anniversary of Arma 3's Alpha release, Bohemia Interactive CEO Marek Španěl shared a number of Steam metrics for the title over the past decade - all of which show Arma 3 and its community are going strong and show no signs of slowing down! Check out the Twitter thread here.
Arma 3 Creator DLC: Global Mobilization - Cold War Germany has recently received a major content update just prior to its 4th anniversary. HazBo has released an in-depth video series featuring the both overhauled and new weapons, equipment, vehicles, and game modes. You can check out part one below. Part two is available here.
